Shipping & Delivery
A shipment notification email with tracking information will be provided once your order is fulfilled and processed for shipping. Please ensure the shipping address provided is confirmed and correct.
Hella Trails is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at time of purchase. We are also not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
For International Orders, Hella Trails is not responsible for packages held in customs along with any taxes, duties or custom fees that may be required before delivery.
